Q: Can I go to any event date/location or am I applying for a specific one?
A: You must choose a requested location but can change with a call. However you qualify for a full scholarship and do not transfer with 3 days of the event your scholarship will be void for future use.
Q: What geographic areas are considered combat zones?
A: Combat zones are designated by an Executive Order from the President as areas in which the U.S. Armed Forces are engaging or have engaged in combat. There are currently three such combat zones (including the airspace above each):
• Arabian Peninsula Areas, beginning Jan. 17, 1991 -- the Persian Gulf, Red Sea, Gulf of Oman, the part of the Arabian Sea north of 10° North latitude and west of 68° East longitude, the Gulf of Aden, and the countries of Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
• Kosovo area, beginning Mar. 24, 1999 -- Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro), Albania, the Adriatic Sea and the Ionian Sea north of the 39th Parallel.
• Afghanistan, beginning Sept. 19, 2001.
• You are not required to have been in a combat zone to qualify for a partial scholarship.
Q: How long do I have to take the course after being awarded the scholarship?
A: 180 days
Q: How does the selection process work?
A: We look at all applications in order of submission and award 25 scholarships per event in order. First come, first serve.
Q: When are applications due?
A: That's up to you. When do you want to start learning real estate? Nothing will happen until we receive it.
Q: If I get the free scholarship will I have someone to call if I have a question?
A: We have free 180 day hotline service when you purchase our home study course and we have a mentoring program that can be purchased for 6 months one on one mentoring with one of our coaches.
Q: Do I need a real estate license to do this?
A: No.
Q: Do I need money or credit to do the real estate business?
A: You never guarantee a loan or go to the bank to get a loan to buy houses and some houses may require some money, others won't and the all cash deals will either be flipped for a quick profit requiring no money or you'll purchase using funds from a private lender. You'll be trained how to fund them. It's your choice whether you do or pass on the deals requiring money.
Q: Will I need money to get this business going?
A: You may need some money to do some marketing, but you'll also be taught several methods requiring no money.
Q: How long does it take to start making money?
A: That will depend on you, some people get a check within the first 30-60 days and others take months and of course some never do anything. Your rewards are a direct result of your effort in this business or any other.
Q: Is this really a good time to get into Real Estate with the market the way it is and so many people losing their homes?
A: There has never been a better time to get into Real Estate, everything in on sale. Sellers are motivated and good deals are abundant.
Q: How many full scholarships do you grant?
A: We give away 25 scholarships per training and we currently do 6 trainings per year. Each includes free tuition for a spouse.

Q: How long will the application process take?
A: 3-4 days once we get your completed application
Q: What if I can't use it, but my spouse can, are they eligible?
A: No, you will have to qualify and your spouse can attend as your guest, but you must be present.
Q: I can't attend the live event for several months, do I apply now?
A: Yes, you need to apply now. If you're eligible for a full scholarship it may take several months for an opening to occur. The sooner the better.
Q: Can I attend more than one event?
A: Yes, you can attend up to one year after you attend your first event. If you are receiving a partial scholarship there will be no cost to re-attend. If you're receiving a full scholarship the return tuition is $500 per event, per person.
Q: Who will be contacting me once my application is accepted?
A: One of our staff will contact you to let you know what the next step will be. We will need a little more info after you've been approved.
Q: Do you pay for my travel?
A: No. You will be responsible for all your own expenses.
